Mark Ryan BBQ *TWO SEATINGS*

Come enjoy some delicious BBQ paired with one of our favorite wineries - Mark Ryan!

Total ticket price is $125, but we are only asking for a $75 deposit with $50 due after the dinner!

If you were at the BBQ & Mark Ryan dinner last year, you might remember the Million Dollar Beans.  They were so good we demanded that the start off the meal this year.  This will be paired with 'We Sat By The Ocean'

The second course will be a Pork Belly burnt ends atop a grilled romaine salad!  Paired with the Quintessence Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc

Followed by some lollypop chicken drummy's and smoked mac'n'cheese!  We dug deep into the library and were able to secure a 2012 Wild Eyed Syrah for this course!!

And for the main event we will be enjoying some smoked tenderloin with some fondant potatoes!  We wanted something amazing to pair with the tenderloin, so went with Old Vines Cabernet Sauvignon.

And last but not least we will end the evening with a homemade chocolate chip cookie with old fashioned vanilla ice cream and some berry compote.  Nothing is better than bubbles to end a great meal, we will be serving the always delicious Untethered Sparkling Wine.

The first seating will be at 5pm and we'll have a second seating at 7pm.  Seating is limited to just 35 people per seating.  Grab some friends and come on out for a BBQ extravaganza!!
